8 March 2014: Women's Day. A Tribute to all Women.    

This year our Multilateral Partnership, has also the task to analyse and discuss on Gender Equality and concept of democracy and how these two issues have been treated in many countries. As a teacher I felt strongly the duty to share with my students what I had seen and witnessed in my trips around the world. This has been the starting point of a class discussion in my two 9th grade classes on women's life in countries I visited. Students were really astonished and upset by some of the photos but, at the same time, they were really impressed by the great dignity they could detect in those women.

As a final product of this activity we made an album of  photos dedicated to all  women in particular to the ones who work, suffer, cry, rejoice but always maintain a great dignity.
